Group 1: Chronic back pain patients that are administered as their standard therapy to an Interdisciplinary multimodal pain therapy (IMPT) at the Day hospital for pain of the University Hospital Jena

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Screening for IMPT completed, accepted for IMPT, chronic back pain as primary aim for referral to IMPT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous traumatic brain injury (influence on FK_NAc-mPFC) Exclusion from MRI (separate exclusion criteria like ferromagnetic parts in the body, old black tattoos, claustrophobia)
