Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Female, male, and diverse patients - Age > 18 years - Intracranial hemorrhage (subarachnoid hemorrhage traumatic and spontaneous, subdural hematoma acute and chronic, epidural hematoma, intraparenchymal intracranial hemorrhage) - Trauma (polytrauma, multiple injuries, single injuries) - Stroke (ischemic) - acute myocardial infarction - valvular endocarditis - acute cardiac decompensation - respiratory insufficiency (exacerbated COPD, acute pneumonia of any cause, ARDS) - sepsis of any cause - all forms of shock (hypovolemic, distributive, obstructive, cardiogenic) - Treatment in intensive care units 0119/0116/0041/0141

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Age < 18 years - Lack of consent - Refusal to participate in the study
