Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Caregivers of patients who have had a tumor resection in the oral and maxillofacial region 9-24 months prior to the start of the research. The reference persons have reached the age of 18, are sufficiently proficient in the German language to be able to participate in interviews and are linguistically and cognitively capable of understanding the purpose and the content of the research work. It is up to the participants to decide whether they feel able to participate in the interviews. Since it cannot be ruled out that the caregiver is in a highly stressful situation, two questions are asked by the researcher "Has the situation for you as a caregiver changed since the request of your loved one, currently?". For example, because your loved one, is doing worse? "In this context, are there any reasons for you that make it impossible for you to participate in the interview?". If the caregiver answers these questions in the negative, the interviews can begin.
