Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Individuals with a current psychiatric ICD-10 diagnosis (or from the last 12 months) - Current receipt of means-tested benefits or initiation of means-tested benefits (+approval of the responsible job centre) - sufficient competence in the German language, both written and spoken - Migrants have an unlimited right of residence in Germany - The informed written consent to participate in the study has been obtained. For minors between 15 and 17 years of age, written informed parental consent is also required.

| A: Within two years, 40% of the participants have (re-)started school or their vocational training, a pre-vocational internship or employment and continue to do so. B: An evaluation of further psychosocial and health-related outcome parameters (e.g. quality of life, use of treatment and support services, psychopathological symptoms, occupational motivation, self-esteem, etc.) is planned. C: Process evaluation over the course of job coaching using self-constructed questionnaires continuously over the period of two years: number and reasons for dropouts, satisfaction in the course, integration prognosis, change in integration planning, type of job or training place and utilization of the budget. D: Analysis and identification of possible predictors (from the various baseline and progression variables) for favorable and negative paths or different participant profiles after the two-year program period. An analysis of the following further measurements is planned: - psychiatric diagnostics (ICD-10 checklists) - demographics (self-construction) - professional biography (self-construction) - subjective work ability (self-construction) - Work and employment prospects under corona conditions (self-construction) - Impairments in everyday life: Index for the Assessment of Health Impairments (IMET) - mental health (self-construction) - Satisfaction with medical care (self-construction) - Impairment and level of functioning: WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0, 12-item version (WHODAS 2.0) - Psychological problems and complaints: Symptom Checklist Short Version-9 (SCL-K-9) - Performance Motivation: Achievement Motives Scale Revised (AMS-R) - objective cognitive performance: Screening for Cognitive Impairment in Psychiatry German version (SCIP-D) - self-efficacy: Self-Efficacy Scale – Short Form (ASKU) - mental health: Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) - self-esteem: Single-Item Self-Esteem Scale (G-SISE) - involvement in social networks: subscale | — |
