Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: bilateral edentulous ridge with bone horizontal resorption age : 25 - 60 gender: both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age under 20 pregnancy diabetes heart diseases patients under going steroidal therapy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
both sides were in good healing after 9 months and implants were inserted in augmented bone with good primary stability

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
histological and radiographic outcome were measured and compared statistically some of cases had membrane exposure and that had it's own effect on bone dimension to be reduced but not fail to be healed in dimension good enough to insert an implant
