Group 1: Therapy group (cohorts laryngectomy and preserved larynx): intensive and early rehabilitation program immediately after tracheostomy for 4 days by practical training and video episodes follow

Inclusion criteria: Tracheostomy in the course of treatment of a head and neck tumor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to follow the instructions of rehabilitation
