Conditions

The presence of a disease is no requirement for participating in the study. People who want to try an innovative option in the context of a three-week psychological intervention to improve subjective stress experience and who currently have a moderate to high stress experience (PSS-10 score greater than or equal to 14).

Interventions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum age 18 years; Sufficient knowledge of written and spoken German language; consent to the study; Smartphone ownership (Android or iOS operating system) with internet access; Medium to high stress level (PSS-10 Score = 14); Valid mobile phone number; Valid email address

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed mental illness; Current psychotherapy; Current online intervention to improve health-related parameters
