Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients undergoing elective surgery in surgical disciplines: urology, orthopedics, gynecology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, general surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot answer questions prior to induction of general anesthesia due to dementia, neurological impairment or language barriers. Patients who cannot fulfill the recommended times or have prolonged times of preoperative fasting due to surgical indications. Patients undergoing surgery other than in supine position. Patients who haven't signed the broad consent on research with patient data.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Finding of ischemic signs (negative T-Wave, ST-changes >0,1mV in Lead II) until 30 minutes after induction of general anesthesia

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
prevalence and extent of hypotension until 30 minutes after induction of general anesthesia
