Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Heterosexual healthy men and women. Women have to be on their luteal phase while taking part in the experiment; no oral contraception
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnany; breastfeeding; oral contraception; intake of drugs with effects on the cardiovascular system; study of psychology; prior TSST experience; shift work; psychotherapeutical treatment; psychic symptomatology (BSI > 13); excessive alcohol intake; nicotine addiction; regular intake of drugs like cannabis; 17 30

| The number of rejections in the Punishment Game to control for effects of the experimental conditions on punishment; The number of risky decisions in a non-social risk game to control for effects of the experimental conditions on non-social risk-taking. Performance during the TSST assessed by a composite score of a general performance rating (0-100) by the passive judge, by the participant, and by an additional video-rater. Furthermore questionnaire data will be collected (e.g. on stress appraisals, empathy, etc.). Heart rate, cortisol levels, and subjective ratings are assessed for a stress induction manipulation check. A difference score of stress appraisals will be assessed for a manipulation check regarding the reappraisal of stress as adaptive. | — |
