Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Willingness to reduce one’s consumption of pornography • Declaration of consent to participate in the study • Access to internet • Sufficient knowledge of the German language • Willingness to participate in two pseudonymized online surveys and to use „Retrain your Brain“ independently • Willingness to provide a pseudonymized email address
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • The presence of a psychotic or bipolar disorder (lifetime) • Acute suicidal ideation
