Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parkinson's disease, Implanted deep brain stimulation system with electrodes in subthalamic nucleus, written patient consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing scar pathologies or wound healing disorders after previous surgery; further metal implants in the head; pronounced effect fluctuations under existing THS, which would lead to a long-term worsening of symptoms if the stimulation parameters were changed.
