Group 1: Observational Study of cognitive decline in comparison to the biomarker of the cerebrospinal fluid, especially S100B, of patients with mild cognitive impairment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Probands 60 years and older with cognitive impairment are enrolled, if they give informed consent to the usage of Liquor to scientific research. The lumbar punction is planned in the routine diagnostic. Furthermore, the probands give informed consent to perform a neuropsychological diagnostic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are a dementia, known psychiatric and neurological diseases, for example vascular, Alzheimer or frontotemporale dementia, epilepsy, schizophrenia
