Interventions

Group 1: Group 1: healthy subjects, one-time survey at the study center: query of biometric data, socioeconomic questionnaire, performance of the fitness check in MSB consisting of six fitness exercis
Subgroup of Group 1: same procedure as arm 1 + 3x execution of a training plan at home, while filming with depth camera, questionnaire on usability and user acceptance of training plan execution and f
Group 2: Physicians, who use the Herodikos app: Questionnaire on the current use of the Herodikos app and the usability and user acceptance of the MSB from the physician's perspective

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: Proband must own a mobile device, proband must be able to operate a mobile device, proband must not have any physical complaints (must feel physically healthy); Group 2: Proband must own a mobile device, proband must be able to operate a mobile device, physician, uses the Herodikos app for patients with back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group 1: severe functional, visual or auditory limitations that do not allow independent performance of the exercises, inability to understand the study content and study procedure (e.g. due to cognitive or language limitations); Group 2: Inability to understand the study content and study procedure (e.g. due to cognitive or language limitations).

MeasureTime frame
Researching the MSB with regard to its feasibility. For this purpose, on the one hand the results of the MSB are compared with those of experts. On the other hand, questionnaires are used. Comparison between training plans to extract features of training plan adaptation.
