Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Families with at least one minor child in need of care (according to Section 37 SGB V and / or care level> 1); in addition, the families must consent to the study and live in the greater Trier, greater Saarbrücken or Munich regions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Families with children of care level 1

Family quality of life (at t0 and 6, 12 and 18 months after the start of the intervention): Parents' mental and physical health (GHQ-28), Well-being (WHO-5), Stress experience (PSS-4), Family burden due to illness of the child (FaBel-20), Family cohesion (RSA), Resilience (BRS), Individual stressor exposure (MIMIS, LEC)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Resilience factors and associated measures: Optimism / positive thinking (SOP-2), Locus of control (IE-4), Self-efficacy (ASKU-3), Social support (OSSS-3); Access to care: Satisfaction with health care, Satisfaction with health coordination (from t1), Use of support services; Avoidance of over-, under- and misuse of health services (as results of the process evaluation)
