Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - at least one current mental disorder according to ICD-11 - current inpatient, day clinic or outpatient child/adolescent psychiatric treatment - ability to give written informal consent - written informed consent of parents or legal guardians - sufficient German language skills (required for HOP participation and self-report measures) - at least a moderate level of self-reported, disclosure-related distress (score = 3 for the screening item 'How much are you generally distressed with regard to the secrecy or disclo-sure of your mental illness to others?' Rating from 1/not at all to 7/very much)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosis that is limited to substance-related or alcohol addiction without any non-substance-related current psychiatric comorbidity. (Disclosure of substance use disorders is not covered in this HOP program.) - intellectual disability - organic disorder - acute psychotic symptoms or acute suicidality
