Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: heart insufficiency with symtoms at rest NTproBNP > 2.000 pg/ml written consent of the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - severe impairment of lung function with inability to conduct a slow expiratory VC maneuver - lack of cooperation or legal capacity of the patient or suspicion that the necessary data of the patient can not be recorded - Pregnancy - Proven COVID disease
