Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - confirmed infection with SARS-CoV-2 three months before colonoscopy - Age at least 18 years - Presence of a consent form - Stable clinical health condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No existence of a declaration of consent - Age under 18 years -Presence of a chronic intestinal disease
