Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient is 60 years or older 2) Patient is multimorbid, i.e. the patient has more than two illnesses requiring treatment diseases at the same time 3) Patient has at least 4 remaining teeth with a maximum degree of looseness of 2 4) Patient is able to give informed consent for study participation or has a legal representative to do so on his/her behalf 5) Patient has a plaque index of =1 6) Patient lives at home 7) Patient does not require antibiotic protection for dental examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient suffers from life -threatening organ failure 2) Patient suffers from dementia (according to NINCDS- ADRDA- criteria, ICD-10 as well as DSM-5-criteria) 3) Patient is not able to participate in the interview due to lack of language skills
