Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with an underlying neurological condition and patients with neurological symptoms and an underlying non-neurological condition - signed informed consent form - Care provided by an SAPV team or as a patient in a hospice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - <18 years - Pregnant women - Patients living outside of Bavaria

MeasureTime frame
Intraindividual improvement in symptom burden (iPOS) before and after teleconsil and compared with neurological patients in the unaccompanied control group.

Quantitative data: Quality of life applicability of telemedicine system/satisfaction with system patient and team; Technology affinity/readiness, team, consiliaries; team, consiliaries; Time pressure (team, consiliars); team attitude; team cooperation; team participation; telemedicine application -user friendliness team. Work organization teleconsil, consiliars; Utilization of medical and nursing services in group comparison. Induced utilization of medical resources in group comparison. Qualitative data: Job satisfaction in SAPV teams, patient and family satisfaction based on semi-structured qualitative interviews.
