Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Providing written informed consent - 35-67 years old - Waist circumference >88 cm (women) and >102 cm (men)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Not providing written informed consent, - Parallel participation in another interventional study - Chronic diseases: Diabetes mellitus, untreated hypertension (>160/95 mmHg), untreated hormonal diseases (e.g. hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism), chronic liver diseases (e.g. HBV, HCV), autoimmune diseases (rheumatism, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), chronic infections (e.g. HIV), cardiovascular disease, tumor disease, diverticulosis, - Acute infectious diseases, - Allergy or sensitivity to the study products, - Current dietary fibre supplementation - Pregnancy and breastfeeding, - Having donated blood in the prior 3 months
