Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Study aim: assessment of burden and needs of informal caregivers of cancer patients, in particular identification of needs that can be adressed through selfsupport organisations. Interview data collection: Interview data are analyzed by content analysis (according to Kuckartz, 2018). Hypotheses are developed from the results, which are incorporated into the questions of the subsequent online survey and quantitatively tested on a larger sample. Questionnaire survey: all characteristics will be analyzed descriptively statistically. For the analysis of the scientific questions, relationships between characteristics are identified by correlations and regression analyses.
