Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are between 3 and 18 years old (and their parents) who have received a confirmed diagnosis of celiac disease respectively IBD in the department of paediatric gastroenterology and hepatology of the University Medical Centre Cologne and who are being treated here.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Missing letter of agreement to participate in the survey or its cancellation.

| Two validated and established (illness specific) questionnaires are used with the aim of measuring the patients' quality of life as well as identifying mainly impaired areas of it. In addition and only to be filled out by the parents there is a questionnaire used for assessing socioeconomic status. Answers can be given in physical form as well as online via a survey software. The aim is to get 60 answers of each collective. | — |
