Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Operations in the oral cavity and oropharynx that are not tracheotomies b. Patient consent to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Absence of consent to the study by the patient or a legal guardian. b. Intraoperative tracheostomy c. Procedures with airway/pharyngeal anatomy already narrowed preoperatively.
