Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - informed consent - Current employment (at least 50%) in the field of nursing/care - working in shift work -shift worker syndrome with insomnia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - serious or unstable organic disease that could have an influence on sleep -another sleep disorder according to ICSD-3 -Current psychotherapy, on a waiting list for psychotherapy, or intending to begin psychotherapy in the near future -Starting or changing medication for stress, anxiety, or depressive symptoms in the past 4 weeks. - previous treatment with CBT-I -participation in another training program to improve sleep or recovery behaviors and reduce stress -No guarantee that Internet access will be available on a regular basis over the next six weeks.
