Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Aged 18 years of age or older - Able to provide a venous blood sample - Able to attend the Tropical Medicine clinic for blood draw - The ability to provide fully informed consent

Exclusion criteria: - Contraindication to venipuncture - Age below 18 years of age - Not able to provide informed consent

Head-to-head comparison of the diagnostic accuracy of self-sampling via a finger prick plus capillary blood collection on an absorptive device with finger prick sampling of participants and capillary blood collection on an absorptive device by experienced health care personnel, compared to venous blood collection by venipuncture, the reference standard method for detection of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.
