Inclusion criteria: Age 70 years and older, Signed informed consent, fracture that needs to be treated operatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intracranial injury caused by the fall (intracranial hemorrhage), Patients treated conservatively, Absence of study consent
