Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Formerly (now cured) children, adolescents and young adults with cancer in Schleswig-Holstein. Age at study inclusion =39 years Previous oncological therapy = 5 years ago Presence of written consent to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age > 39 years Presence of a current cancer No written informed consent for the study
