Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of anterior knee pain and NPRS = 4 within the last 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent from a legal representative (up to the age of 18), Surgical pretreatment, chronic / habitual dislocation of the patella, acute intra-articular damage to the knee joint, acute cartilage fracture / cartilage-bone fracture, relevant instability / maltracking factors: clinical torsional deviation> 10 °, trochlear dysplasia type C, D according to Dejour, Q-angle> 25 ° , Genu Valgum> 5 °, Chronic or acute disease of the cardiovascular system, dizziness, mental limitations (or physical limitations) that lead to exercise instructions not being understood correctly or exercises not being performed correctly, reduction in perception (e.g. through medication) especially seeing and hearing as well as balance, pregnancy, insufficient skills in German language.
