Group 1: The intervention group consists of n=1.057 randomly selected GP practices that will receive the intervention. The intervention consists of a bundle of measures to increase vaccination uptak

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be included in the evaluation, the physician must be a general practitioner, must be based in one of the participating associations of statutory health insurance physicians and must have vaccinated at least 10 patients aged 60 years or older who are insured with a substitute health insurance fund within one year. Patients are included if they are insured by a substitute insurance fund, are aged 60 or older and are treated by a GP who meets the inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not have sufficient German language skills or cognitive abilities to complete the questionnaire will be excluded from the survey.

Influenza vaccination uptake rate: GPs' accounting data from 7 quarters after the start of the intervention are available for analysis (07/01/2022 - 03/31/2024).
