Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Magnetic resonance spectroscopy signs of disturbed neuronal energy metabolism

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.) Disturbed sleep architecture in patients with long-COVID compared to subjects with and without previous COVID-19-disease 2.) Clinical symptoms correlate with signs of disturbed neuronal energy metabolism in patients with long-COVID 3.) Genetic differences between subjects with previous COVID-19 with and without long-COVID are indicative of factors predisposing to long-COVID 4.) Exploratively: Differences in microbiome between healthy subjects without previous COVID-19 and subjects after COVID-19 with and without long-COVID
