Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For the documentation of the routinely collected data in the register: - Cognitive symptoms according to own anamnesis or anamnesis of others - First admission date after 01/01/2007 and before 01/01/2018 - signed declaration of consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Severe Parkinson's Syndrome - Dementia except Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia - Residents of a nursing home - Insufficient knowledge of German language - Congenital / acquired deafness or blindness - Apoplexy in the past 12 months - Severe consuming disease with cachexia - Drug and alcohol addiction
