Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children and adults with (A) (suspected) wheat allergy OR (B) sensitization to wheat with clinical tolerance OR (C) food allergy without wheat sensitization. Written informed consent from the study participant, or guardian in the case of minors. Participants/parents are linguistically and mentally capable of understanding the intention of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - According to the assessment of the responsible physician, e.g. in case of severe illness (e.g. acute trauma, severe oncological disease, severe renal dysfunction, syndromic disease, clinically relevant cardiovascular disease, pheochromocytoma, autoimmune disease). - Acute infection - Use of antihistamines 3-5 days before oral food provocation - Treatment with beta-blockers and/or ACE inhibitors - Systemic immunosuppression - Pregnancy and lactation
