Interventions

Group 1: Cross-sectional study, two measurement days (approx. 60 minutes each), each with reactive agility testing and subsequent recording of isolated motor or cognitive performance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy, physically active adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Quality of life limiting illness/restriction, muscle soreness, acute lower extremity injury, ligamentous injury (ankle or knee joint) in the previous 6 months, concussion or head injury in the previous year, lower extremity surgery in the previous year, taking body perception impairing medications

Reactive agility performance during different motor-cognitive tests (reaction and processing times, precision per test)

MeasureTime frame
Classical on-field agility test performance (without reaction to external stimuli), jump and sprint performance, perceptual-cognitive performance
