Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult employees in outpatient and inpatient geriatric nursing, at least elevated burnout scores (COPSOQ Burnout subscale ? = 100), sufficient German language skills, Internet access, informed consent for study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe major depressive episode (scores on PHQ-9 =20, clinical assessment), current acute suicidality (PHQ-9, clinical assessment), substance abuse (audit = 15 to alcohol, SDS =2/ =3/ =4/ =6 depending on substance, clinical assessment), current psychotherapy, change in dosage of psychotropic medication within the past 6 weeks, cognitive or physical disability that would hinder participation in the online program.
