Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: plannend COVID-19 vaccination with BioNTech/Pfizer; Interval between first and second vaccination exactly 3 or 6 weeks (+/- 1 day); age from 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: antibiotic intake = 3 months before the start of the study; severe chronic illness; previous COVID-19 illness
