Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All orders from the children's menu were included between 20.11.2018 and 29.04.2019, divided into 2-week intervention and control phases. As the staff was trained accordingly, it was ensured that orders from the children's menu came exclusively from children and adolescents aged between 0-17 years.

Exclusion criteria: Orders from adults for their own consumption.

| The primary endpoint was the relative number (a/b) of orders from the target dish (a) to the total number of all orders from the children's menu (b). For this purpose, the restaurant owner queried the order data from the POS system on site. Since each order has to be recorded in the POS system with a clearly assignable dish number, date and price, objective information was thus available to operationalise our research question. It is therefore not a study on or with people, but an analysis of transmitted turnover figures, on the basis of which the number of orders is derived and thus the main target criterion (food choices) is recorded. | — |
