18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients currently in inpatient or day clinic treatment at the study centre presence of primary or comorbid agora phobia, social phobia or panic disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • acute suicidality • primary psychotic disorder • posttraumatic stress disorder • other psychiatric condition that currently precludes treatment of the anxiety disorder • severe somatic condition (if contraindication for exposure therapy) • epilepsy or other CNS disorder • in women: pregnancy during the current course of treatment, the patient has already conducted therapist-instructed exposure exercises (with or without the presence of the therapist)

We aim to investigate the effectiveness and usability of an innovative concept of inpatient care that combines routine psychiatric care with a digital health app that is used by the patients at their own discretion.
