Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI = 18,5 - 30 kg/m² healthy non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No antibiotic intake = 3 months before the start of the study no chronic or acute gastrointestinal diseases or more serious gastrointestinal surgery hypertension Diabetes mellitus Cancer diseases or acute cardiovascular events = 3 months before the start of the study Taking proton pump inhibitors The following dietary restrictions: veganism, diet exclusively from raw foods as well as eating disorders
