Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subacute phase after stroke (= 3 months), Presence of arm hemiparesis, Performance of the assessments must be possible
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of other diseases that do not allow the training to be conducted, inadequate language comprehension, either due to aphasia or lack of German language skills, cognitive limitations that do not allow the assessments or training to be conducted.

| Assessment of the gross motor skills of the affected hand. This is evaluated with the box-and-block test (unit: number of blocks in one minute). The measurement takes place immediately before and after the three-week training phase. | — |

| Assessment of fine motor skills of the hand using the Nine-Hole-Peg test. The test checks how much time the test person needs to insert 9 small sleeves into a pegboard and remove them again. Grip strength is assessed by using the Jamar dynamometer (unit: kilogram). The Quick Dash questionnaire is used to assess functional limitations of the upper extremity in the patient's daily life. It contains questions on all areas of daily life. All assessments are collected immediately before and after the intervention period. For the intervention group only: recording of subjective satisfaction with the group training by means of a questionnaire after the intervention period. | — |
