Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: minimum age: 25, maximum age: 55 working for at least 30 hours over 4 days per week working for at least 2 years in their current occupation agreement to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: working regularly at night pregnancy spinal cord disorders spinal deformities or surgeries lower extremity paralyses hip, knee or ankle endosprosthesis parkinson's disease polyneuropathy (motor or sensory neuropathies) diabetic mellitus with polyneuropathy or diabetic ulcer blood clotting disorders hormonal treatment during menopause infectious diseases temperature > 38 degrees Celsius cardiovascular diseases open wounds on the legs
