Group 1: Patients from 18 to 60 years with ischemic stroke undergo differential blood count and targeted genetic sequencing of genes frequently mutated in hematologic diseases

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ischemic stroke of undetermined origin after routine diagnostics before transesophageal echocardiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: determined stroke etiology

Prevalence of clonal hematopoiesis Analysis of somatic mutations defining clonal hematopoiesis is carried out on a myeloid targeted gene panel using next generation sequencing. Patients’ DNA was isolated from peripheral leukocytes of venous blood. The test is performed after patients are recruited and blood samples are collected.	—
