Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees who provide nursing care in the following institutions as well as their managers: - Institutions according to SGB V (inpatient nursing care, hospices, rehabilitation facilities, etc.) - Facilities according to SGB IX (facilities for people with disabilities and people threatened by disabilities) - Facilities according to SGB XI (outpatient or inpatient facilities for people in need of care within the framework of social long-term care insurance) Persons who are at least 18 years old, provide nursing care and speak German can participate. Furthermore, it is a prerequisite for participation that the data protection and informed consent declaration has been agreed to.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No further exclusions are defined, but it is recommended to contact the general practitioner (or to consult the treating therapist or doctor) in case of concerns regarding existing mental and somatic diseases before starting the training) before starting the training.

For the training groups (employees and managers), the following criteria are assessed at all time points: Pre (immediately before the start of training), Post (immediately after the start of training), Follow-up 1 (3 months after the end of training), Follow-up 2 (6 months after the end of training.
