Conditions

The positive effect of the training on the endurance performance of healthy test persons is determined. It is therefore a preventive training measure.

Group 1: Intervention group - jogging with wbEMS for 8 weeks 2-3 trainings/ week (min. 72h break after wbEMS training) warm-up + 20 min training / session at RPE 10-15, split into 10 min at ventilato

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no other (endurance) training; stable body weight in the last six months; no cardiovascular diseases, diabetis mellitus, cancer and/or other serious diseases (acute or chronic) that would avoid performing the required sport activity; no vacillations, no skin diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in training below 90%; acute and chronic illnesses that would limit the performance of the sports activity.

The following target variables will be recorded before and after the intervention (target size-operational): Basal metabolic rate-breathing gas analysis at rest; Maximal oxygen uptake (V'O2max) for aerobic capacity-breathing gas analysis; RER for substrate utilization (fats/carbohydrates)-. Breath Gas Analysis; Running economy (RE)-breath gas analysis; Heart rate-heart rate analysis; Lactate threshold-capillary blood samples; Creatine kinase for muscular demand-capillary blood samples; Power (RFD) and maximum force (Fmax)-force plates, leg flexion, and extension machines, leg press; Body composition scales/ bioimdepance scales, waist-hip ratio;
