Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: at least 18 years old, never smokers, no severe diseases especially not heart or lungs. no severe allergies. fully vaccinated against covid 19. normal lung function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: covid19 in the past, obstructive or restrictive ventilation patterns, pregnancy, breast feeding.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Collected via daily and weekly lung function tests (spirometry and bodyplethysmography) the vital capacity is the primary endpoint. The lung function tests are carried out for each volunteer over 12 weeks. With daily and weekly measurements a total of 22 values over the course of the study are collected.
