Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with symptomatic, severe Aortic stenosis and indication for TF-TAVI-procedure patients agreement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: excluding criteria for TAVI-procedure inflammatory bowel diseases pre-existing coagulopathy pre-existing autoimmune disease chronic diseases of the hematopoietic system serum-creatinine level >2,0mg/dl (except patients with chronic kidney disease under dialysis) hyperthyroidism
