Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with pre-existing COPD of any stage according to GOLD without restriction regarding the reason for admission. - Consent to the data protection declaration and patient information - Willingness to answer the questionnaires completely - Cognitive and verbal ability to answer the questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patient age <18 years - Deafness - Unable to consent

1. Is treatment adherence and compliance lower in patients with more frequent exacerbations in the year prior to study inclusion? 2. Is the quality of life lower in patients with more frequent exacerbations? 3. Is the error rate in the use of inhaled therapy lower in patients with higher therapy adherence and compliance? 4. Evaluation with the question of weighted influence of subscores as well as error rate during inhalation on quality of life.	—
