The intervention group are teachers who may have various health impairments, such as back pain or sleep disorders. These are compared with teachers who potentially have similar impairments but do not participate in the intervention in Bad Brückenau.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Teachers who are currently in active school service and do not have any manifest mental illnesses are included in the survey in phases I and II. Therapists who carry out the intervention in Bad Brückenau are the target group for phase II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Student teachers and retired/retired teachers and teachers with manifest, mental illnesses.
