Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients, who • sustained an injurious fall leading to an inpatient stay at the OT at SALK. In this project, falls from bed or wheelchair are excluded. Furthermore, falls caused by collision with vehicles are excluded. • manage their medication independently in order to be able to provide sufficient information about the medication in the interviews. • are = 65 years. • take = five long term medications. • are physically and mentally capable participating an interview (Salzburg Dementia Test Prediction, SDTP) Here, a predicted MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) with a cut-off of >25/30 (=no cognitive impairment) is targeted. • are able to speak and understand the German language. • signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: Patients are not complying with the inclusion criteria.
