Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Approval of a prevention benefit from the German Pension Insurance during the 2-year recruitment period of the model project; Insured with the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg, the German Federal Pension Insurance or the German Pension Insurance Knappschaft-Bahn-See; Resident in Berlin or Brandenburg; Age 18-66 years
