Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with C00-D48 or D50-D90. Patients of the tumor clinic of the Fulda Clinic gAG. Ward stay = 72 h. P2: ward pharmacist naive for six months before starting P2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No saved temperature curve (incomplete documentation). < six medication lines per stay. Patients are not cared for by an oncologist.
